If you have recently come into contact with anyone was sneezing or coughing, and they come into contact with wild birds, or domesticated birds on a regular basis, or have recently traveled to, or came from a country that has cases of Bird Flu, take precautions not to infect others, and seek medical attention immediately.

- Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable cloth or tissue when you sneeze
- Flush or burn cloths or tissues after use, do not leave laying around or place in the trash
